1. Leveraging Dan
    • Creating Leaders within the team that help and meet with agents
    • Dan will send out email to self nominate for those lead agent positions.
  2. Working with Adano homes
    • Offering $2500 per listing they send us.  They do all the work, we just put on MLS
    • Listing their specs will just go under Jeff (builder does everything…upload photos, etc)
    • Dan will decide which agents get the listings that their sales people pass.  Typically it will be agents that are sitting in their models and know the builder well.
