TLC Meeting 2/28/19

WHITE PAGES: VOTED Yes to add White pages for the team at $240/year. Dan already did this and emailed out.

PASSING SELLER LEADS: VOTED Yes: If an agent is not qualified to take a team listing, they can either do a pass to a qualified listing agent for a $500 referral fee or a soft hand-over to work it with a mentoring listing agent (split to be agreed upon between the agents). It will be the agent’s choice who they pass it to (from the qualified listing agent list) or work it with (from the mentoring listing agent list). The qualified agent will be ultimately responsible for the listing. Mentoring agent list is currently Christina, Derek, Brian.

COMMAND SWITCH: Discussed timing. Nothing is in stone now for timelines. There will be a point when the team will make a mandatory switch to Command from Top Producer, but we are committed to making that as easy as possible for agents and TC’s. Any agents who want to start using Command are free to use it, especially for Personal SOI/COI. Dan or Jeff would be happy to help as they’ve explored it quite a bit.

OPEN HOUSE SIGNS: Discussed quantity design and purpose… Discussed lumping them in groups with a SentriLock for checkout. More info to follow.  3/14 → Signs are ordered.

OPEN HOUSES ON TEAM LISTINGS: Discussed the need for open houses on every team listing and the need to keep them within the team. Discussed the time issues that brings up and potential solutions, including leveraging others.
