TLC Meeting 3/14/19

PERSONAL TRANSACTION EXCEPTIONS: Discussed agent request for an exception to split for unique circumstances with PERSONAL lead that has closed multiple transactions. General agreement is that if an agent has a compelling reason for requesting a split exception, they should approach Jeff/Dan about it. No official policy will be set, but essentially Jeff/Dan will look at how long you’ve known them, how many transactions you’ve had with them (3+) and when the transactions with them started (2018 or before). TLC VOTED in agreement. Jeff and Dan will maintain a list of prior exceptions made and the reasoning behind those exceptions. To prevent any confusion while maintaining transparency and fairness, this list will only be published to management and the TLC.
TLC TERM ENDING IN APRIL: Discussed replacing Eric on TLC. The current TLC 6-month term is up at the end of April, so we’ll do a re-vote during April for the TLC members to be effective May 1.
UNASSIGNED PARTS OF BRIARGATE FARM: For the parts of the Briargate farm that are currently unassigned, splits within those areas will remain normal until the area is assigned. Lead must be procured through non-farming methods (geographic targeting, door-knocking or other marketing types that Johnson Team is using in the farm). TLC VOTED in agreement.
DISCOUNT CARD RESTAURANT CONTEST: TLC VOTED to pull the contest and make participation voluntary with payment for each business the team member adds to the program….. Additionally, TLC VOTED to allow Matt Pacheco and Daniel Pitrone to participate in the Springs Insider discount card program for a period of at least a year, by allowing them a certain number of cards per business that they bring on (no more than 75) and a ‘severance’ of cards (up to 25% of what they’ve already received). Further details to be decided.
PERSONALLY BRANDED SIGNS: Team members, after closing 50 transactions with the team, may have signs made that are identical to the team signs but with the replacement of Jeff’s photo with their own in a similar posture. Photo must be approved by team management. Additionally, the team member may add a sign rider with their name. Still in effect: all team members may, on personal listings, add a sign rider with their name AND personal phone number
