TLC Meeting 3/28/19

INTERDEPENDENCE: Discussed dependence/independence/interdependence on the team, and that interdependence is the team preference.
- Dependent would be just like it sounds. You are completely dependent on that team or it’s resources. Ex. Lead receiving team.
- Independent would then mean you don’t depend on them for much. A team that shares a TC or a lead source, but are responsible for their own conversions and building their own business
- Interdependent is where each person has a better career and life because the other team members are involved with it. We share ideas and build together to accomplish something nobody could on their own.
REALTOR.COM LEADS: Discussed what to do with Realtor.com leads when they go to referral fee charging. Dan & Jeff will get with Realtor.com for more information on cost of leads/referral fees/etc.
OPEN HOUSE SIGNS: Discussed tracking open house signs and how many to put in a bundle for checkout (cabled with a lockbox). Jeff is going to research cost for someone to do it for us as an option.
REFERRED SELLER LEADS IN FARM: Discussed external seller referrals (like Fast Experts where there is a referral fee) that comes in for the Farm area.
FORM FOR EASY TRANSACTION INPUT: Discussed creating a Google form for basic transaction info (like what goes in the top TP note) and referral info, etc. We all agreed if done right it will be easier for the agent and the TC. Dan is going to work on a form and some of us will try it out before releasing to the team.
